Celebrating a successful 16th year in business, ZM Financial Systems continues its focus on innovation with the addition of new hires Mike Bollinger, Kayla Nie and Dan Delean. These individuals will assist ZMFS in the areas of behavior modeling, reporting, information technology and client management.

Mike Bollinger joins the team as Deployment Engineer to assist our IT department with deploying ZM applications to product/test environments, creating scripts via Powershell for automation and analyzing SQL server scripts. Mike has more than five years’ experience in IT administration, previously serving as a Systems Administrator with the City of Raleigh, N.C., and Systems Administrator with NEP Group, Inc.

Kayla (Yidan) Nie is a new financial analyst in our Development team, concentrating on data importing, scrubbing and handling, as well as behavior modeling and reporting. Prior to joining ZMFS, Kayla gained experience in the Predictive Modeling field as a Data Analyst Intern with Bbmg Corporation.

Dan Delean joins as Vice President. Dan brings his leading industry expertise on ALCO and the related processes for IRR, liquidity/funding, credit, stress testing, data governance, treasury operations and financial institution regulations to the team, and will be focusing on new client management. His previous positions include Managing Director at PwC; CEO with Delean & Jones, LLC, a financial institution advisory; and, Director of Treasury Management and ALCO Chair with Virginia Financial Group, Inc.
